Introduction on the Medical Compressed Air System
Farsar Tejarat Engineering Company prides itself on being the first company which has been authorized by the National Medical Device Directorate (IMED) of Islamic Republic of
Iran to manufacture medical gases in Iran which has completely observed the 1-4-1 class according to the ISO 7396/1 and ISO 8573/1. The compressed air system has been created in order to produce medical compressed air. The air, after it has been compressed by the compressor, and after passing through the water separator enters the pressured air tank; the air is then dried by the absorption dryer filter and its remaining humidity level and oil particles are separated from it up to 0.1 micron and then the dried homogenous air is
pushed through the pressured air for five times in order to be used.
The Application of the Medical Compressed Air
The medical compressed air can be used within various spaces in a hospital such as the ICU(Intensive Care Unit), operation rooms, emergency rooms, the infants units, CSR( Central Sterilization Room), and the hospitalization units.
The compressed air that is produced while observing the 1-4-1 class of standards is dry, devoid of humidity, bacteria, and oil particles and it is in most cases added with oxygen for the patients to use.
The Benefits and the Superior Attributes of the Medical Compressed Air
1. Using the maximum capacity of the compressed air at any time which the medical center needs it.
2. Easy transference of the compressed air to any space that is required within the medical center.
3. As the pressure can be adjusted, it can be used at any pressure that is required.
4. The compressed air systems are manufactured in a way that they are not at all impacted by the fluctuations in the room temperature.
5. The parts that are incorporated within these systems are pneumatic and have been employed by using the latest technologies which increases the products longevity.
6. There are no safety risks of inflammation and explosion.
